NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 05, 2016, and entered in CASE NO. 2014-CA-006801 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein VANDERBILT MORTGAGE AND FINANCE, INC., is the Plaintiff and DANIEL WASHINGTON, et al., are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 9th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
