NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-050410 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-18, is the Plaintiff and KEVIN R. RUARK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEVIN R. RUARK; JAMES J. ROBERTS; VERONIQUE B.M. PASCUAL; FIFTH THIRD BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants, Dwight E. Brock as Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse Annex located in the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 4th day of February, 2016, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 1/2 OF TRACT 18, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 96, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

More Commonly Known as: 6265 Shady Lane, Naples, FL 34119.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
