NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-052312 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association, As Trustee For The Holders Of The Banc Of America Funding Corporation, 2008-ft1 Trust, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2008-ft1, is the Plaintiff and Mohammad Rezai-Pourazad a/k/a Mohammad H. Pourazad as Trustee of the Mohammad Rezai-Pourazad Revocable Trust Dated February 8, 2007, Gardens at Beachwalk Condominium Association, Inc., Unknown Beneficiaries of the Mohammad Rezai-Pourazad Revocable Trust Dated February 8, 2007, Mohammad Rezai-Pourazad aka Mohammad H. Pourazad, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 10 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
