YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you by Plaintiff WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., a national banking association, seeking foreclosure of the property described as:
The North 286.60 feet of the West 302.51 feet of Tract “A”, Block 1195, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION UNIT 20, Part 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 101 through 108, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida (the “Land”), together with (i) all buildings and improvements now or hereafter erected on the Land; (ii) all fixtures attached to the Land or any buildings or improvements situated thereon; and (iii) all estates, rights, tenements, hereditaments, privileges, rents, issues, profits easements, and appurtenances of any kind benefiting the Land; all means of access to and from the Land, whether public or private; and all water and mineral rights.
and you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to J. Martin Knaust, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
