NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2016, and entered Case No. 13-00712-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF JOHN D. ARMSTRONG, JR.; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JOHN D. ARMSTRONG, JR., DECEASED; JOHN DAVID ARMSTRONG; MARY JANE WOOD; CARPET C. ARMSTRONG; ANDERSON WOOD; CITY OF MARCO ISLAND; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the LOBBY ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on February 4, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 22, MARCO BEACH UNIT ONE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 9 THROUGH 16, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
