NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 12, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013CA008049NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein RAYMOND JAMES BANK is Plaintiff and SARI BORCHERT, TAMARON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, FIA CARD SERVICES, NA F/K/A BANK OF AMERICA, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUNTRUST BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 NKA DEREK HOLLINGER, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SARI BOUCHERT NKA PAUL DUFFY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of February, 2016 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block 3, Tamaron, Unit No. 1, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 23, Pages 34, 34A and 34B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
