NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 9, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-002561 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein TAYLOR BEAN & WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORP is Plaintiff and RUSSELL L. NAPIER AKA RUSSELL L. NAPIER, JR, RUSSELL NAPIER III, SUSAN K. NAPIER, and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1st day of February, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

LESS that portion conveyed to Pasco County, Florida as set forth in Official Record Book 1275, Page 890, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
