NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 7, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2014 CA 001643 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and MIRAGE HOMES LLC, BENJAMIN J. SERVIDIO A/K/A BENJAMIN SERVIDIO, MARIA D. SERVIDIO A/K/A MARIA SERVIDIO, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A GLENN ROBINSON, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A BECKY FREEMAN, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of February, 2016 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9 LESS THE EAST 10 FEET THEREOF; AND THE EAST 20 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK 1925, FIRST REPLAT OF FORTY FIRST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 36, 36A AND 36B OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
