NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2013 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 31, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-018214-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III, Plaintiff, and MIKE OWEN A/K/A MICHAEL T. OWEN; KAREN L. OWEN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CHRISE WILLIAMS;, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 5th day of February, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND BEING A PORTION OF LOT 89, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF 'MISSION VALLEY ESTATES, SECTION B-1' AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 7-7B OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE SW CORNER OF SAID LOT 89 FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING, SAID POINT BEING ON THE CENTERLINE OF MUSTANG ROAD, THENCE ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 89, N 23 DEGREES 51 MINUTES 49 SECONDS WEST, (ON AN ASSUMED BEARING) WEST, 190.73 FEET, THENCE N 15 DEGREES 51 MINUTES 23 SECONDS WEST 161.00 FEET, THENCE N 65 DEGREES 07 MINUTES 16 SECONDS EAST, 98.40 FEET, THENCE S 36 DEGREES 33 MINUTES 35 SECONDS EAST, 157.06 FEET, THENCE S 22 DEGREES 56 MINUTES 18 SECONDS EAST, 189.99 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION WITH THE CENTERLINE OF MUSTANG ROAD (60 FOOT PRIVATE ROAD AND TO THE INTERSECTION OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT, THENCE ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE, THROUGH A TANGENT BEARING OF S 72 DEGREES 26 MINUTES 02 SECONDS WEST, HAVING A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 19 DEGREES 09 MINUTES 52 SECONDS A RADIUS OF 458.25 FEET FOR AN ARC DISTANCE OF 153.28 FEET TO THE POINT OF TANGENCY AND TO THE POINT BEGINNING.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
