NOTICE is given that pursuant to the Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale, entered in this action on the 17th day of December, 2015, Paula S. O'Neill, Ph. D., Clerk of Court for Pasco County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on February 8, 2016 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 202 of Gulfwinds, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 95 of the public records of Pasco County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 2516 Triggerfish Court, Holiday, Florida 34691 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
