NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2015 and an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale and Disburse Forfeited Funds dated December 21, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 2015CA000472CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and GEORGE W. BESIO, JR.; CYNTHIA C. BESIO; COLONIAL HILLS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC;, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 10th day of February, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 501 COLONIAL HILLS UNIT SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
