NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 14 December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-001152 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, on behalf of the certificate holders of the FFMLT Trust 2006-FF13, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF13, is the Plaintiff and Bridgewater Community Association, Inc., Christine Ramer, Eric Ramer, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 11th of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
