NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 14 December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-001162 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Selene Finance LP, is the Plaintiff and Emma Paz, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Victor Paz, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 11th of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
