NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-008355-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWMBS, Inc., CHL Mortgage Pass-Through Trust 2006-12, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-12 is the Plaintiff and Maureen Georgy n/k/a Maureen Palso; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for America's Wholesale Lender; Michael Palso; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Wilderness Lake Preserve Homeowners' Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK D, WILDERNESS LAKE PRESERVE PHASE I, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
