NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 07, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-004145 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is Plaintiff, and STEPHANIE LYNN SIMPSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
