NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 07, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-014580 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and AARON L. ROYSDEN, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 3, PLANTATION ESTATES UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
