NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2011-CA-000781 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, SUN WEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC., Plaintiff, and, CHERYL G. HOOD-DANIEL, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 5th day of February, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 33 AND 34, IN BLOCK 101 OF TERRACE PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 3 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
