LAWRENCE A/K/A TRAVIS JAY LAWRENCE; JENNIFER MULLIGAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TRAVIS J. LAWRENCE A/K/A TRAVIS JAY LAWRENCE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER MULLIGAN; UNKNOWN TENANT I; UNKNOWN TENANT II; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AMERCICA BROKERS CONDUIT, ROY E. BENNETT, WILMA L. BENNETT, RICHARD C. BARTLETT, CELINA M. BARTLETT, MARCIA BARTLETT, LINDA SMEATON AS TRUSTEE OF THE TRUST KNOWN AS #18801 REDBIRD LN, LITHIA, FL U/T/D MAY 20, 2005, A. SPITALERI, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 6/28/06 AND KNOWN AS THE 18801 REDBIRD TRUST, and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named defendants,are defendants.
