NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 15th day of October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 06-CA-010324, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein: BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWMBS, INC. CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-HY B1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTRFICATES, SERIES 2006-HY B1 is the Plaintiff and TRAVIS J. LAWRENCE A/K/A TRAVIS JAY LAWRENCE; JENNIFER MULLIGAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TRAVIS J. LAWRENCE A/K/A TRAVIS JAY LAWRENCE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER MULLIGAN; UNKNOWN TENANT I; UNKNOWN TENANT II; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AMERCICA BROKERS CONDUIT, ROY E. BENNETT, WILMA L. BENNETT, RICHARD C. BARTLETT, CELINA M. BARTLETT, MARCIA BARTLETT, LINDA SMEATON AS TRUSTEE OF THE TRUST KNOWN AS #18801 REDBIRD LN, LITHIA, FL U/T/D MAY 20, 2005, A. SPITALERI, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 6/28/06 AND KNOWN AS THE 18801 REDBIRD TRUST, and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named defendants,are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 1st day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
