NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2015, and entered in 13-CA-007737 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE FBR SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-2 CALLABLE MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES SERIES 2005-2 is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JAMES PEOSKI A/K/A JAMES A. PEOSKI, JR A/K/A JAMES ALLEN PEOSKI, JR.
