NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2015, and entered in 15-CA-007761 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-6 is the Plaintiff and KENNETH W. CASSIDY; KIMBERLY A. CASSIDY A/K/A KIMERLY A. CASSIDY A/K/A KIM CASSIDY are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 02, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, NORTH WILMA, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
