SUGGS A/K/A ELANIE M. SUGGS ; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 1 ; DURWOOD ALAN SUGGS; UNKNOWN HEIRS AND/OR BENFICIARIES IF THE ESTATE OF ELAIN M. SUGGS A/K/A ELAINE M. SUGGS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 02, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
