NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2015, and entered in 15-CA-007578 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE INC. is the Plaintiff and BRENDA PEREZ; JOSE PEREZ A/K/A JOSE A. PEREZ A/K/A JOSE A. PEREZ-RIOS; VALRICO LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION F/K/A SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 02, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
