NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in favor of Plaintiff, The Villages of Oak Creek Master Association, entered in this action on the 6th day of January, 2016, Pat Frank., Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on February 26, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 53, Block 8, Parkway Center Single Family Phase 2B, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 100, Page 96 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 8712 Sandy Plains Drive, Riverview, Florida 3357 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
