NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 14-CA-010534 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, SUN WEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC., Plaintiff, and, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF SARAH H. HUNT, DECEASED, et al.; are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 9th day of February, 2016, the following described property:

BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE AFOREMENTIONED LOT 11 AND RUN NORTH 90 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST, ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 11, A DISTANCE OF 24.70 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 34 MINUTES 12 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 99.90 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 51 MINUTES 46 SECONDS WEST, ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 11, A DISTANCE OF 25.59 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST, ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF LOT 11, A DISTANCE OF 99.83 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
