Unit 3, THE GALLERY AT BAYPORT CONDOMINIUMS, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements, as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 15890, Page(s) 761, together with any amendments thereto and according to the plat thereof, of the Public Records of Hillsborough, Florida.
