UNIT 51-C OF PLACE ONE CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED .00398 INTEREST IN COMMON ELEMENTS AND APPURTENANCES TO SAID UNIT, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3809, PAGE 886, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 45 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michael Rayboun, plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 105 West Fifth Avenue, Tallahassee, Florida 32303 on or before FEB 15 2016 and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
