Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the In REM Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 17, 2015, and the Order on Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale entered on November 16, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 60, QUAIL RIDGE PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on February 16, 2016 beginning at 11:00 AM.
