NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF WINTER GARDEN, FLORIDA
Notice is hereby given that the City of Winter Garden Planning and Zoning Board will, on February 1, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon after as possible, hold a public hearing in the City Commission Chambers located at 300 West Plant Street, Winter Garden, Florida in order to review a variance request to Ordinance 00-15 for the property located at 938 Copenhagen Way in Winter Garden, Florida. If approved, this variance will allow an addition to the primary residence to be built at an 18 foot rear yard setback in lieu of the minimum required 20 foot rear yard setback.
Copies of the proposed ordinance(s) may be inspected by the public between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday of each week, except for legal holidays, at the Planning & Zoning Division in City Hall, 300 West Plant Street, Winter Garden, Florida. Interested parties may appear at the meetings and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance(s). Written comments will be accepted before or at the public hearings. Persons wishing to appeal any decision made by the City Commission at such hearing will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose you may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based. The City does not provide this verbatim record. Persons with disabilities needing special accommodations to participate in this public hearing should contact the City Clerk's Office at (407) 656-4111 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
