NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling foreclosure Sale dated December 15, 2015, entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-001382 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and JOSE ESPINAL, SR; LEONILDA ESPINAL; TENANT #1; TENANT #2 are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on the 2nd day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK E CHICKASAW WOODS FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 17 PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
