NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Sununary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 23, 2015 , and entered in Case No. 482015CA006611XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ACCREDITED MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-1 ASSET BACKED NOTES is Plaintiff and JOHN PETER JABERG A/K/A JONATHAN P. JABERG A/K/A JONATHAN PETER JABERG; ELIZABETH A. JABERG; REGIONS BANK, D/B/A AMSOUTH BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. l; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAYING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, 11:00 A.M. on the 26th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK D, RIVERSIDE ACRES, FOURTH ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK V, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
