NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, Barbara T. Scott, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
Lot 12, Block 28, Kingsgate Subdivision Phase 3, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 28, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on April 6, 2016.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
