NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 09, 2007, and entered in 2007 CA 2441 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN COMPANY is the Plaintiff and GEORGE ELLIN, JR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN D. ELLIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE ELLIN, JR; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; SUSAN D. ELLIN; DISCOVER BANK, ISSUER OF THE DISCOVER CARD; WACHOVIA BANK are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on February 09, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
