NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 7, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014CA004754AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-QS13, is Plaintiff and KONSTANZA E. BEVERLY; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER OF CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; RIVERS EDGE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,, are defendants. Angela M. Colonneso, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 9th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, RIVERS EDGE, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 1 THROUGH 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
