AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., Plaintiff And UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF BETTY J. WIGGINS, DECEASED, ET AL. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 AM ON FEBRUARY 19,2016 VIA WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
