MURPHY and KAREN L. MURPHY, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Polk County's On Line Public Auction website: www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on February 8, 2016 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
