NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 16, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014CA-001393-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF SW REMIC TRUST 2014-2 WITHOUT RECOURSE is Plaintiff and JUAN CISNEROS A/K/A JUAN G. CISNEROS, JOANN MARIE LOPEZ A/K/A JOANN M. CISNEROS, OAK PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., POLK COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUAN CISNEROS A/K/A JUAN G. CISNEROS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOANN MARIE LOPEZ A/K/A JOANN M. CISNEROS N/K/A FRANCISCO ESPARZA, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 15th day of February, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 61, OAK PRESERVE PHASE TWO, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 126, at Page 32, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
