NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 5, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-007277, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MLMI TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-FMI, is Plaintiff and SCOTT DAVID CARPENTER; LORA ASTON CARPENTER; CREEKWOOD MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; WESTBROOK AT CREEKWOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 19th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 98, CREEKWOOD PHASE ONE, SUBPHASE 1, UNIT B-1, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 114 THRU 119 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
