John Joseph Louis a/k/a John J. Louis and Rana S. Louis a/k/a Rana Louis,

NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2015 and entered in Case No. 1303223CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation, is Plaintiff and John Joseph Louis a/k/a John J. Louis and Rana S. Louis a/k/a Rana Louis, are Defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 11 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 52, BAYVIEW PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOFAS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Street Address: 3272 Cottage Grove Avenue, Naples, FL 34112
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
