NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 9, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-02144 CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-8, Plaintiff and AMY HOWARTH, ET AL. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on February 11, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
