NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 4 January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA-001398-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage Llc, is the Plaintiff and Dianna Lynn Coon, Blue Jordan Forest Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 18th of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
