NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-CA-050756 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and MURIEL M. WARTH; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 17 day of February, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 59, PINEHURST ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, AT PAGES 31 TO 33 INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
