TO: THE UNKNOWN SURVIVING DIRECTORS OF FLORIDA MORTGAGE AND INVESTMENT COMPANY; ANY UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; and ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quite title to the real property described below, which is located in Sarasota County, Florida:
A portion of that certain hiatus lying between the west line of corrected resubdivision of Lots 1 through 11, Block “G”, as recorded in Plat Book “A”, Page 35 and the east line of “The Osprey Avenue Subdivision” as recorded in Plat Book “A”, Page 65, all in the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida and being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the northeast corner of Lot 8, Subdivision of Lot 8, Block “G” of said resubdivision as recorded in Plat Book A, Page 35; Thence N. 89°55'03” E along the south R/W line of Cherry Lane (20' wide), 11.70 feet; Thence S. 00°09'03” E, 93.50 feet; Thence N 89°54'24” W, 11.48 to the east line of aforesaid Lot 8, Thence N 00°17'40” W. Along said line, 93.50 feet to the point of beginning.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before February 22, 2016 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint to Quiet Title.
