TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS AND TRUSTEES OF INGRID WEND, DECEASED;
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
Lots 33 and 34, Block 117, 8th Addition To Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 20 and 20A through 20z-2, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Commonly known as 3137 Cascabel Terrace, North Port, FL 34286
You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, P.A., whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, FL 32312, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
