Final Judgment was awarded on January 15, 2016 in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-053252, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., CSAB MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST 2006-1, CSAB MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGHCERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff, and CARINE CHERY; MARK WILLIAMS, III; WACHOVIA SBA LENDING, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA ANTINETTE OBIE; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NKA MOLLY NANDAY; are Defendants.
