NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 15 day of January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-51229, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9 is the Plaintiff and JOHN F. DRECKMAN A/K/A JOHN DRECKMAN THE VILLAGES OF BONITA HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC THE VILLAGES OF BONITA MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC BANK OF AMERICA, N.A SUZANNE CHADWICK BONITA V. DRECKMAN A/K/A BONITA DRECKMAN BONITA K. KNAPPER MICHAEL J. KNAPPER STEVEN MENEFEE REBECCA L. THOMPSON; and MICHAEL R. THOMPSON UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
