NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2015, and entered in 2013-CA-001220-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-S1 is the Plaintiff and SUSAN CHAMBERLAIN ; LOGAN CHAMBERLAIN ; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; IBERIABANK, AS SUCCESSOR TO CENTURY BANK F.S.B.; REGIONS FINANCIAL CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANCORPORATION; THE SANCTUARY AT PELICAN POINTE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ; PELICAN POINTE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 16, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
