NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I entered in the above styled Case Number 2015 CC 005021 NC, in the County Court of Sarasota, Florida, that the Clerk of Court for Sarasota County will sell the following real property, in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 19, Building F, FAIRWAY OAKS (FORMERLY KNOWN AS PAR 72), a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 915, Page 837 through 861, inclusive, and subsequent amendments thereto, including Restated Declaration recorded in Official Records Book 2164, Page 2016, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 5, Page 7, as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
