ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA3, is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA J. MADER; JOHN DOE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA J. MADER, IF MARRIED; FOREST LAKE TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; JANE DOE are the Defendant(s).
