NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2015, and entered in 2009 CA 005792 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF LXS 2005-7N is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA DEPALMA; JOHN DEPALMA; DANA M HANSON A/K/A DANA HANSON; JUDY A HANSON; JOHN DOE N/K/A JONATHAN FRANKEL are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 17, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT SE CORNER OF SW 1/4 OF SE 1/4 OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 38 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE CENTER OF TRIAL 638 FEET TO SOUTH LINE OF ALBEE ROAD; THENCE WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF ALBEE ROAD FOR A DISTANCE OF 1235 FEET TO A SOUTH 02°56' EAST, A DISTANCE OF 150 FEET; THENCE EAST 142.05 FEET; THENCE NORTH 149.81 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LYING AND BEING IN THE SW 1/4 AND THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 38 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, EXCEPTING AND RESERVING AN EASEMENT OF 30 FEET IN WIDTH ADJACENT TO AND PARALLEL WITH THE WESTERLY LINE OF THIS DESCRIPTION.
LESS THOSE LANDS FOR COUNTY MAINTAINED RIGHT OF WAY PURPOSE ACCORDING TO THE RIGHT OF WAY MAP AS RECORDED IN RIGHT OF WAY PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
