RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 8, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005375 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and FRANK INGRATI, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 79, Block 3, TAMARON SUBDIVISION, UNIT 2, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 11, of the Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
